Equal parts marketer and nerd, she develops the systems, crafts the strategies, and builds the teams that generate 10x growth and improve ROI.
She works at every stage — bootstrapped, raises, scaling, exits — and she will die on the hill of the Oxford comma.
Thomas Cruz
Founder & COO
Tom is a 25-year operations veteran, equal parts logistician and storyteller, with a career spanning hospitality, healthcare, gaming, and retail.
He builds the systems, holds the timelines, and keeps everyone calm while the plan changes.
He owns project management, client delivery, and production — and builds tabletop worlds when nobody is looking.
